Hooga Lab does not offer refunds for products that have been damaged during the course of it being shipped from our warehouse to your home or office.

Refunds

If you are at all dissatisfied with our product(s) we can accept full returns, within notice of 30 days from the day the order was placed and only if bottles and sprayers are intact with 80% full of liquid. Once we receive the order at 5280 Ward Road, Arvada CO 80002, and process it back into our inventory, we will then refund your purchase order.
